The well-equipped kitchen, complete with olive oil for seasoning, was a delightful surprise, making cooking a pleasure. The hosts were warm and informative, offering valuable tips for exploring the area.On the flip side, the somewhat treacherous drive up the mountain may deter less confident drivers. While the house itself was clean and cozy, the interior lacked modern amenities like air conditioning, and the heating struggled to keep us truly warm during the colder nights. The Wi-Fi was reliable, but the flat-screen TV felt outdated.In terms of value, Cortijo El Pajar offers a charming retreat with picturesque views, ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway. However, considering the lack of modern comforts and the remote location, guests should weigh the price against the level of luxury they expect. For a budget-conscious traveler seeking tranquility and natural beauty, this guest house may just fit the bill.
